Our Mutual Friends is a brewery that carries one of my favorite beers, A Riot of Color. This brewery is located in Denver, Colorado. Rick Griffith is a British West-Indian Designer, typographer/letterpress printer, and writer/columnist at print magazine. I was able to visit his exhibit and felt inspired to blend OMF with the style of Rick Griffith.

A “riot” of color pairs nicely with the internal “riot” that people have felt, throughout the 2020 pandemic. This includes political and ethical values that address race and social justice. I express this riot of frustration/color through my design, to hopefully push people to make meaningful progress in 2021.
